The preparation for me is also key, with attention to detail throughout the entire production process. My intention is to make the best and most interesting wines, maintaining the traditional style of Glen Carlou.
Professional career
In 2003, his career begins at the Sandpunt Farms winery. In the following vintages, he collaborates with different South African, New Zealand, and French wineries. Since 2006, he has been responsible for the winemaking at Anura Vineyards in South Africa; and from 2016, he becomes the head winemaker at Glen Carlou.
