Professional career
With a degree in Economics, Jesús Rivero joined the family business (Bodegas Faustino Rivero Ulecia) to take charge of the management and sales of the winery's wines, alongside his brother Agapito, who has training in Enology and is responsible for winemaking. Following in the footsteps of their father and uncle, Jesús and Agapito represent the fourth generation of winemakers whose origins trace back to the town of Arnedo in La Rioja in 1899.
Currently, with the entry of the fifth generation, the family business encompasses several wineries in different regions, resulting in projects with various brands present in more than 50 countries, under the umbrella of the Grupo Marqués del Atrio.
