Professional career
Since 1990, Jean-Hugues Gros has combined various harvests each year in different wine-growing areas (Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, California, Morocco, and Portugal). Since 1999, he has been producing his own wine, Odisseias, and advising different wineries in the Douro.
