Professional career
After two years at the Regulatory Council of the D.O.Ca. Rioja and two years of research at the Haro Enological Station, he joined a major winemaking group in Logroño, taking on the role of Technical Director. Nine years later, he became part of the largest Spanish winemaking group, producing wines from Galicia to Jumilla and from Penedés to Navarra, including Ribera del Duero, Rueda, and Mancha. Since 2002, he has been the Technical Director of Bodegas y Viñedos Valtravieso, overseeing both viticulture and winemaking.
