Jackson Brooke was born in Bendigo (Australia) in 1982. After completing his Postgraduate Degree in Viticulture and Oenology in 2005, he spent the next eight years working harvests in five countries across four continents, gaining extensive practical experience. After three years as assistant winemaker at Dominique Portet in the Yarra Valley (Melbourne, Australia), he founded Jackson Brooke Wine in 2013. Since then, he has been dedicated to producing limited-edition wines using cool-climate grapes sourced from selected vineyards in Henty, western Victoria. In 2024, he took on the role of head winemaker at Bodegas Cosme Palacio.
