Modern Mediterranean-style wines, where the grape expresses itself based on its soil, climate, location, and age, with minimal intervention in the winery to preserve its distinctive character. These are fresh and elegant wines with a very subtle touch of wood, ensuring the flavors of the native grape remain unmasked.
Professional career
Isio Ramos was born in Santiago de la Ribera (Murcia) in September 1974. Since 2004, he has been dedicated to wine distribution and has been a member of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust since 2006. Although his passion for viticulture began later in life, his perseverance, curiosity, and dedication have made him a great wine connoisseur and taster.
After years of collaboration with Elena Pacheco on her project in Asia, the idea of working together on the production of Monastrell grape wines emerged. These wines are crafted with identity and authenticity, reflecting the region they come from and shaped by the shared vision both have about wine. This is how the collection Bruma del Estrecho de Marín was born. This project represents another step in his career, allowing him to continue learning and to give back to the world of wine a little of everything it has given him: friendship, emotion, knowledge, and sacrifice.
