Professional career
Native of Madrid. From 1988 to 1995, Ignacio de Miguel worked as the oenological director of Bodegas Marqués de Griñón. From that moment on and to this day, he has been acting as an independent oenological consultant for various wineries. Ignacio de Miguel travels more miles than a truck driver and takes part in the production of wines for around twenty wineries. Even so, he still finds time for his family, his friends, and his passions, such as hunting.
