Description of their own wines
"HGA Bodegas y Viñedos de Altura crafts unique wines, from high altitudes, close to the sky. In all our vineyards in Ribeira Sacra, we preserve the tradition of Roman slaves, from whom we inherited heroic viticulture. In our vineyards in Rías Baixas, we produce high-altitude wines with mystical resonances. We convey our particular idea of paradise, inspired by the vinous essence of the monks of Tui since the 12th century."
Professional career
In 2001, the first of their winemaking projects began with Bodegas Regina Viarum. Later, they undertook the initiative Bodegas Altos de Torona and are now also involved in Bodegas Tollodouro and Bodegas Pazo de Villarei. Publications: El País, La Voz de Galicia, El Faro de Vigo.
