Professional career
Gregory Viennois began working as an assistant for the Smith Haut Lafitte winery, participating in the production of the wine of this Cru Classé. Later, he joined the team of the highly renowned oenological consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt, working with the most prestigious wineries of Graves and Saint-Emilion. After becoming a viticultural advisor, alongside Michel Chapoutier, he joined Laroche in April 2011.
