Professional career
In the eighties, he worked at Bodegas Berberana. Since 1982, he has been the winemaker and technical director of Bodegas Valdemar. For years, the winery group consisted of four wineries from different appellations. Recently, he has launched the Inspiración project. He is also a member of the technical committee of the D.O.Ca. Rioja Regulatory Council.
