My wines focus on the grapes of Sicily, where I strive to exalt the native profile to the fullest with the use of modern technologies. Wines that fully respect the territory, expressing the majority of the organoleptic characteristics of Sicilian grapes.
Since the year 2000, he has worked in various bodegas in Italy. Currently, he serves as the enólogo of Cantina Cellaro.
Graduate from the Agricultural University of Pisa and WSET Level 4, a step towards achieving the Master of Wine.
