Jorge Ordóñez & Co. produces, from old vineyards of Moscatel de Alejandría, naturally sweet wines from the Denominación de Origen Málaga and a dry Moscatel from the Denominación de Origen Sierras de Málaga. With the naturally sweet wines, the winery revives a style of Málaga wine from before the 17th century, when, with the first exports, the practice of fortifying the wine was introduced to preserve it during long sea voyages.
