Francisco Baettig

Professional career
During his career, Baettig has participated in harvests in France, in Languedoc-Roussillon, Pomerol, and Sancerre. In the United States, he worked at Hallcrest Viña, the first Californian vineyard to obtain organic certification. He has taken part in numerous technical tours in France, New Zealand, Italy, Australia, and Argentina. In Chile, he worked for four years as Assistant Winemaker at Casa Lapostolle before joining Viña Errázuriz.
