Fernando is characterized by having a golden nose, and his contribution to all the productions of this winery is to turn them into a complete sensory experience for the consumer. Obsessed with enhancing all the nuances specific to each variety, he has a fresh and somewhat rogue vision of modern winemaking. His personal commitment has been the production of Uva Pirata, a wine made from a foreign variety such as petit verdot, with barrel fermentation and a unique presentation.
