Fresh white wines with mineral traces, especially our sauvignon blanc. Red wines such as merlot and cabernet sauvignon with short ripening cycles, delivering an optimal balance between alcohol and acidity. And finally, a pleasant and smooth carmenere, which, being a difficult and demanding varietal, complicates its ripening in other valleys.
