Professional career
Possibly the best connoisseur of the vast wine heritage hidden in Ribeiro, Felicísimo Pereira is the author of some of the most important wines produced in Galicia. Heir to a winemaking tradition, he belongs to the fourth generation of his family dedicated to the world of wine and currently leads one of the most prominent winemaking consultancies in the country. Awarded in 2011 with the Gallaecia distinction as the Best Winemaker of Galicia, according to the prestigious Galician Association of Sommeliers, Felicísimo Pereira was born in Ribadavia (1965) and is a lover of Atlantic wines. Among the wineries he advises enologically are important names from the most recognized production areas in Galicia, such as Rías Baixas, Ribeiro, and Ribeira Sacra.
