Professional career
In 1931, the estate Dehesa de los Canónigos was acquired by Idelfonso Cid and Vicenta Sánchez, grandparents of Mª Luz Cid, the current owner of the winery alongside her husband, Luis Sanz Busto, who in 1989 decided to launch the first vintage of Dehesa de los Canónigos to the market. Currently, Belén (winemaker) and Iván Sanz Cid (managing director), two of the four children of Luis and Mª Luz, are the ones who continue the family legacy.
