Professional career
In 1926, José Murúa founded Bodegas Muriel, the origins of the Muriel Wines group. In 1986, his son Julián Murúa took over the winery, of which he is currently the top executive. Today, Muriel Wines encompasses six different wineries and a broad, representative portfolio of quality wine brands.
