Professional career
In 2001, the Cuevas family decided to make a long-held dream come true: to produce their own wine. To get up to date with everything related to the world of wine, María Luisa Cuevas visited wineries and vineyards across Spain and took various courses related to activities in the sector (viticulture, oenology, tasting, marketing, etc.). The objectives of this emerging winery were very clear from the beginning: to create a wine with soul, with its own personality and style. To achieve this, a winery equipped with the most modern technical means was built in an unparalleled setting of pine forests, where environmentally friendly construction details make all the difference.
