Professional career
Born in 1980 in Cambados (Pontevedra). After completing his studies in enology, he became co-owner of a chemical laboratory. Subsequently, he took on both the management and the enological direction of Adegas Viña Sobreira, a company he owns and with which he produces around 400,000 bottles annually. He is also responsible for vinifying Pescavella, an Albariño from Salnés owned by Antonio Rey Abelenda, S.L.
