Family

Descends from Spaniards who emigrated to Algeria during the 19th and 20th centuries. During the independence in 1962, his family moved to France to settle in the Loire Valley, where he was born. He is the son of French pieds noirs, who were winemakers and winegrowers in French Algeria.

Description of their own wines

From the terroir and the meticulous work in the vineyard, I aim to highlight the typicity and the great aging potential of the tempranillo, to produce outstanding red wines. I seek to harness the potential of the tempranillo so that my wines have structure, elegance, depth, and a long evolution.

Professional career

He settled in Spain, in Ribera del Duero, during the 1992 harvest. After working as an enólogo in various wineries in the region, in the year 2000 he became a freelance, offering his services as a technical advisor in different wineries in Castilla y León.
