Consultant-enologist (1990-99) in various wineries in Galicia. Tasting Professor at Schools of Enology and Hospitality (1992-present). Member of the Appellation and Tasting Committee of D.O. Rías Baixas (1993-present). Member of the Tasting Committee for Orujos de Galicia (2002-present). Jury member in Tasting Competitions. Numerous articles in prestigious scientific publications. Scientific head of 3 patents in collaboration with CSIC. Evaluator of articles for scientific publications. Technical and quality director at Bodegas Terras Gauda (2000-present).
