Description of their own wines
Modern Mediterranean-style wines, where the grape expresses itself based on its soil, climate, location, and age, with minimal intervention in the winery to preserve its distinctive character. These are fresh and elegant wines with a very subtle touch of oak to avoid masking the flavors of the native grape.
Professional career
Elena Pacheco studied the first years of Economics until she decided to take charge of the family winery Viña Elena in 1995. From that point on, she redirected her career and is now a technical specialist in Viticulture and Enotechnics. She also completed a Master's degree in Viticulture, Oenology, and Wine Marketing, as well as a Master's degree in Business Management and Administration.

Most of her life has been spent between Jumilla and the Estrecho de Marín, where the family winery is located, founded in 1948 by her grandfather. Later, her father continued the business, which she now manages. Elena Pacheco has inherited from her family the love and passion for the Monastrell grape, the distinctive essence of Jumilla, and the enthusiasm for producing quality wines from this variety. Together with Isio Ramos, she created the collection Bruma del Estrecho de Marín, launched with the 2015 vintage. She currently also manages the agricultural company Casa de los Ardachos, primarily dedicated to olive, almond, and vineyard cultivation, with over 200 hectares of owned farmland.
