Professional career
He graduated with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile in 1983, after which he joined his father, Alfonso Chadwick, at the family winery Viña Errázuriz. In 1993, he assumed the presidency of Errázuriz, and in 1999, Viña Errázuriz became one of the main sponsors of the Institute of Masters of Wine in the United Kingdom, thus offering its collaboration to this organization, among the most notable actions of his professional career.
