Professional career
In 1978, with the purchase of his vineyards in Monte Vedeer in the Napa Valley, Donald Hess began his epic journey in the world of wine. That journey culminated in the creation of the highest vineyard in the world in Argentina and the addition of new wineries in Australia and South Africa.
