Professional career
Delfí Sanahuja joined Grupo Peralada in 1998. In an initial phase, he worked under Josep Lluís Pérez and Simó Serra, who were the winemakers of the Castillo de Perelada winery. After a few years, he took over as technical director. He is currently the technical director and head winemaker of Perelada & Chivite. He is the creator of wines such as Finca Garbet, Finca Malaveïna, or the Ex Ex series.
