Professional career
David Landin was born in Barro (Pontevedra) in 1977. In 2003, after having worked for a year in Bordeaux, he returned to Galicia to complete his doctoral thesis at a research center specializing in enology and viticulture in Pontevedra, a task he combined with external consulting for various wineries in the Salnés area and the D.O. Monterrei. Since 2013, he has been working for Juan Gil Bodegas Familiares at Lagar da Condesa.
