I enjoy the challenge of using my intuition to interpret each harvest, reading nature and respecting the climate to select the best grapes in each vintage that offer quality wines.
Professional career
After collaborating with various Californian wineries such as Santa Cruz Mountain, Corbett Canyon, and Cambria Estate Winery, in 1999 he joined the oenological and viticultural management of Hess Select.
