Professional career
He began his career in his hometown of Chinon (France) with a summer job before obtaining his Diploma and Master's degree in Winemaking. Currently, Yvon is the Winemaker and Chief Operating Officer of Clos Henri Vineyard. He has undertaken seasonal work at Maison Couly-Dutheil (France), Dominus Estate (Napa Valley, California), Domaine Georges Michel (New Zealand), and Tenuta Campo di Sasso (Italy) before joining Clos Henri in 2006, where he became the Winemaker and Production Manager.
