Description of their own wines
The philosophy of my wines is to develop their style based on the varieties and their environment. To highlight the personality of the native varieties to the fullest and craft them from a low-intervention perspective, based on extensive studies and professional research in each wine-growing region.
Professional career
She began working in the wine world around 1990 in Rías Baixas and gradually developed her role as a technical director in other wine regions such as Valdeorras, Bierzo, Castilla y León, Ribeira Sacra, and Montsant. Since 2003, a new oenological consultancy project has taken her to the rest of the Galician designations of origin, Ribera del Duero, and Vinho Verde (Portugal). Additionally, she is a member of the Tasting Committee for the Rías Baixas, Valdeorras, and Ribeiro designations of origin. Currently, she is studying the 1st year of the Masters of Wine program.

Graduated in Chemistry from the University of Santiago de Compostela and postgraduate in Oenology and Viticulture in Madrid.
