In 1994, Telmo Rodríguez and Pablo Eguzkiza, together with a third enologist, produced a wine from Garnacha old bush vines in Navarra. The wine was called Alma. This marked the beginning of a project by one of the leading companies in Spanish wine production and technical consultancy, specializing in developing projects based on native varieties in different Spanish regions, many of them from practically forgotten vineyards. The company is responsible for nearly twenty proprietary brands and advises other wineries. In 2018, their red wine Las Beatas 2015 became part of the select club of the '100 Parker points'.
