Professional career
In 1980, Chester Osborn began his studies in Oenology at Roseworthy Agricultural University. That same year, he started working on harvest tasks at Tullochs and Château Reynella wineries. In 1983, he graduated in Oenology and took over the reins of d'Arenberg. During this time, he has gained enormous international prestige, earning the Winery of the Year award in 2009, according to the prestigious publication Wine & Spirits.
