Passionate about the world of vineyards and wine, he has worked and crafted wines in different winemaking regions, in top-tier wineries and groups. He has been part of El Coto de Rioja since 2010, with the mission of consolidating its leadership through continuous quality improvement in all areas of the process. In mid-2016, César Fernández took over as Technical Director of El Coto de Rioja, succeeding Pedro Aibar.
