The wines are crafted in the most respectful way possible, aiming to showcase the expressiveness of the raw material and the land. Each plot contributes unique characteristics to the grapes, and in all the wines, we seek that expressiveness. Wines that are easy to understand, very pleasant on the palate, and predominantly fruity.
Professional career
Carmelo Camara Santos has combined his studies with working in wineries throughout his life since the age of 17, going through all the roles. At the beginning of his journey in the wine world, he learned from excellent professionals who dedicated part of their time to training him and providing him with knowledge in viticulture and oenology. He was in charge of one of the Vintae group’s wineries for 11 years. Later, he worked at Bodegas Solar de Samaniego and also advised small projects until joining Zinio Bodegas in 2023.
