Professional career
Winemaker in several wineries in León, his career as a producer began as technical director at Comercial Vinícola Villafranquina in 2002. Likewise, he worked on the production of concentrated apple juice during the 2002 to 2004 campaigns at Concentrados del Bierzo. After that, he served as a winemaker at Palacio de Arganza during the 2006 campaign and, finally, started at Bodegas Estefanía in 2007.
