With a restless mind, he is the true mastermind behind the production and creation of the entire range of Altanza wines. With a creative and completely innovative personality, he pays close attention to every detail of the winemaking process. A lover of round and elegant wines, he is currently very proud of his latest creation: a white wine aged in French oak for 6 months on its lees, Battonage. An exceptional and creamy wine, a coupage of viura and sauvignon blanc, the result of years of research.
