In our wines, we strive to preserve the spirit of the land where the vines are cultivated and the family philosophy, where quality takes precedence over quantity. Wines that combine family tradition with the modernity brought by the latest technologies, as well as the freshness of the new generations who have more recently joined the family business. Fruity wines with the background of the fine wines crafted by the family since 1940.
Professional career
From a very young age, he has been involved in the family business, participating in all the tasks of the winery. After completing his training as an Agricultural Engineer at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he pursued a Master's in Enology and Viticulture, immediately joining Viñedos y Bodegas Muñoz as Technical Director and Winemaker. He has received the "Maestro del Vino" award granted by the CRDO La Mancha to the best winemakers of this designation of origin.
