Breton by birth (1970), he began his professional career in California and later worked in Australia, New Zealand, and the south of France, where he stayed for three years. He joined the winemaking team at Moët & Chandon in 1998 and, seven years later, in 2005, at just 35 years old, became Chef de Cave of the prestigious house in Épernay. Benoit Gouez.
