We produce modern-style Riojas, where coupages or single-varietal wines of Graciano, Garnacha, and Tempranillo take center stage, aiming for wines that are unctuous, balanced, and with great palate presence, always enhancing the fruity notes that characterize these red grape varieties. With grapes sourced from ecological and traditional viticulture, we intervene minimally in their production, taking full advantage of each grape’s journey, from fermentation with native yeasts to very slow and long macerations, always crafted separately, with natural filtrations and vegan clarification. Our white and rosé wines continue along the same lines, surprising with innovative and atypical coupages for our Denomination, carrying out nighttime harvesting to preserve all their expressiveness and freshness, with the fantastic yet delicate Sauvignon Blanc and our wonderful white and red Garnachas.
Professional career
California (Napa), Australia, Argentina, Spain (Doca. Rioja). Since 2015, he has been working as an enólogo at Bodegas Bagordi.
