Professional career
Born in Valladolid in 1975. After earning a degree in Enology in his hometown, he started working in 1999 as an enologist at Bodegas Sobreño (Toro). Eight years later, in 2007, he joined Matarromera to take on the role of Head Enologist at Bodegas Valdelosfrailes. He is also the Quality Manager of the group led by Carlos.
