Professional career
In Sogrape since 2007, he initially took on the role of winemaker in the Douro region for ten years, where he completed ten harvests and made an invaluable contribution, as Luís Sottomayor's right-hand man, to expanding the portfolio and consolidating its prestige. The recognition of the excellence of his work naturally led to the assignment of new and greater responsibilities in March 2017, within Sogrape's winemaking team. Since then, António Braga has been directly responsible for the Fine Wines portfolio in different regions, overseeing his team of winemakers.

Graduated in Food Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Agronomía at the Technical University of Lisbon, specialized in Oenology and Viticulture.
