Antonio Abbad

The Abbad family, with a strong tradition in various businesses, some linked to agriculture and livestock in Somontano, decided to turn their dreams into reality. For two years, they visited countless wineries and vineyards around the world in search of a model that would serve as their source of inspiration. In 1999, they converted part of their best estates into vineyards and acquired various plots to elevate viticulture to its highest expression. These are located in Olvena, a small village whose terrain and climate offer the optimal conditions to plant the finest grape varieties selected in France and Spain. In 2001, construction of the winery began—a beautiful and modern building equipped with the most advanced technology and innovations for winemaking, with a capacity for three million bottles.
