Professional career
Since January 2016, he has been an Independent Wine Consultant at Perinet Winery. His previous career highlights include:

2004 - 2011: Consultant Enologist at Vinyes del Terrer (Vila-Seca). Director of enology for the production of high-quality red wines in the DO Tarragona. Creation of the wine concept Terrer d'Aubert i Nus del Terrer (best red wine of DO Tarragona).

2002 - Present: Owner of the company El Solà d'Ares Smart Fermentations, SL. Production of signature wines, extra virgin olive oils, aromatic products, and consultant in viticulture and enology.

2004 - Present: Enologist at Melis Cellars. Production of signature wines in the DOQ Priorat. Vineyard management and wine design for Melis Cellars. Technical and Project Director.
