Antonella Conti begins her career at the Tenuta Castel Giocondo winery, where she works in analytics for a couple of years. Until the year 2000, she becomes the enological manager of Società Cooperativa Agricoltori del Chianti Geográfico. Finally, since the year 2000, she has been working with the Piccini family at Tenuta Moraia.
