Description of their own wines
"All our wines come from our own vineyards and some grapes we purchase in the region from small winegrowers. With them, we ensure the acquisition of original clones and old vines, even centenary ones, which would otherwise be impossible for us to obtain. This is how we produce wines with body, unctuousness, and a good balance between acidity and alcohol, with enough structure to be preserved in the bottle for a long period of time, even gaining greater complexity over time."
Professional career
Since the beginning of his career, he has been exclusively dedicated to the cultivation of Bodegas Castro Martin's own vineyards and the production of its wines. He has also developed some collaborations and exchanges with winemakers from South Africa and Australia.

Graduate in Biological Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela and Master in Viticulture and Enology from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
