Professional career
From 1994 to 1999, he worked as an enólogo at Bodegas Protos (Ribera del Duero). In 2000, he became a founding partner, enólogo, and technical director of Dominio de Tares. Since 2005 to the present, he has once again established himself as a founding partner, enólogo, and technical director of Losada Vinos de Finca.
