"Each of the wines produced has its own characteristics and personality. Our wines stand out for their ripe fruit, spicy and balsamic aromas, as well as the toasted notes contributed by our barrels. In general, they are structured, complex wines with very elegant finesse."
Professional career
Since childhood, he has been immersed in vineyard and winery work, being part of the fourth generation of winemakers in his family. After completing his studies, he joined the family winery in Grávalos, worked as a winemaker for several firms in Castilla León, and combined this role with that of a technical advisor for various wineries in Navarra. In the year 2000, he took on the Valsacro project, the second winery of the Escudero family in La Rioja. Additionally, he leads another initiative in Navarra, Logos.
Training
