Professional career
In 1995, their career began in the laboratory of the winery located in Manteca of Delicato Family Vineyards. They soon started to stand out in the company, taking on more and more responsibilities, until in 2006 they assumed the technical direction of the winery group.

Training
Graduated in Biochemistry from the California Polytechnic University and PhD from the University of Arizona.
