She has extensive experience as an enologist in various bodegas such as As Laxas (2006-2007), Bodegas Agnusdei (2007-2012), Bodegas Pazos de Lusco (2012-2013), or Rafael Palacios (2015-2017). She is currently the Head of Studies at the Instituto Galego do Viño and an enologist at Viña Nora and Pazos del Rey.
