Adriana Ochoa completed her higher education in France, where she obtained the BTS (Brevet Technicien Superieur) in Viticulture and Oenology (Bordeaux-Blanquefort), and the DNO (National Diploma of Oenology) at the University of Toulouse (ENSAT, INP). Her final degree project focused on aging white and red wines on lees.
